Our Own Indoor Swimming Pool

At the Sonnwies Children's Hotel, if you or your children want to go for a dip, you won't have far to go. Our indoor swimming pool is open every day. Smaller children have their own safe children's wading pool (only 25 cm / 10 inches deep). The water slide and numerous water toys make every visit an adventure.

The Natural Swimming Pool in Lüsen/Luson

Newspaper articles state that the natural swimming pool in Lüsen/Luson is one of the purest bodies of water in South Tyrol. Our guests agree that it's a superlative experience: The natural bathing pool (2 minutes away by car, 15 minutes away by foot) was established in the midst of a pristine natural landscape, with a sunbathing area on the fresh Alpine grass lawn and a giant water slide that the kids will love. There's also a baby pool.

The Aquarena Swim Center in Brixen/Bressanone

The Aquarena Adventure Swim Center is located in the medieval town of Brixen/Bressanone, just 15 minutes away by car. It's the perfect venue for a day of family fun. The center features different pools, a separate children's area, whirlpools, a saltwater bath, sauna facilities, wellness treatments, fitness equipment, and a giant water slide.

Lake Kaltern/Caldaro and the Montiggler Lakes

If you'd like to go swimming in the great outdoors, then you've got to visit Lake Kaltern/Caldaro - surrounded by vineyards - or the Montiggler Lakes. They're just one hour away by car.
