Lüsen/Luson has an abundance of natural beauty and innumerable cross-country skiing trails: On the Lüsen/Luson Alpine Meadow, the Rodeneck/Rodengo Alpine Meadow, at the head of the Lüsen/Luson Valley, in Hinterlüsen / Luson di Dentro, and at the Würzjoch / Passo delle Erbe directly below the Peitler Kofel / Sas da Putia. What better place to experience how relaxing and refreshing for body and soul Nordic skiing (both traditional and skating) can be? Some of the trails are connected with one another, meaning you can make roundtrip journeys along routes boasting splendid vistas. All of the cross-country skiing trails in the valley, on the Alpine meadows, and at the head of the valley can be used free of charge.

The Plose Ski Area: The Kreuztal-Ross Alm Cross-Country Skiing Trail
Besides the aforementioned cross-country skiing trails, there's also the Plose trail, which is conveniently accessible via the ski shuttle bus. You'll find kilometers of cross-country skiing fun from the Kreuztal to the Ross Alpine Meadow.
