The Rungg Ski Tow is located right next to the 4-Star Sonnwies Hotel, just 100 meters away. It will whisk you away to an 800-meter-long, even and broad practice slope which you and your children can practice on.

The ski lift, the ski instructor from the Plose Ski School, and a "magic carpet" are the ingredients for a perfect ski vacation in the South Tyrolean Dolomites: Children and adults are sure to be delighted. That's because it's especially personal, the ski lift is easy even for children to use, and the terrain is ideal for learners, with ski lessons, snowboard classes, the ski kindergarten, and the "diaper" ski school.   • Night-time skiing is possible every Tuesday, from 7:30 p.m. till 10:00 p.m., when the slope is illuminated by floodlights.

The Plose Ski Area on the trademark mountain of Brixen/Bressanone is easily reached with the complimentary ski shuttle bus, which starts twice a day in front of our hotel (to Plose: at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; return trip: 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.). The Plose is a family-oriented ski area at an altitude of 2,500 meters above sea-level and affording an unparalleled view of the Dolomites. It boasts ten aerial lifts, a fully automatic circulating aerial tram, a total of 43 km of slopes, and South Tyrol's longest slope into the valley. The Plose Ski School offers skiing and snowboard instruction as well as a ski kindergarten and "diaper" ski school. Numerous picturesque inns and Alpine restaurants round out the experience.
