Please do your bookings in a written form. The pre-payment amount is 150,00 EUR.
With a stay less than 4 days we charge for a surcharge of 15%.
We charge for single-room a surcharge of 20%
With premature departure or late journey we charge 70% of the daily rate according to reservation order for the not enjoyed days.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Therefore we recommend you:

Reversal: sounds annoying and is also so, for all partners. It is a pity if a room remains free because a guest does not arrive. Inform us in time!!
For your dog we charge for 6,00 EUR (without fodder)
Fees for credit card or Eurocard are not included in the prices.
