Reservations
We request that you reserve in writing: by e-mail, fax, or regular post. Reservations are binding only after making a pre-payment of EURO 400.oo.
Travel Cancellation Insurance and Fees.
And what can you do if something unexpected happens and you are unable to go on vacation as you had planned? With our Travel Cancellation Insurance, at least you can insure yourself against the resultant financial costs. In the event that you are delayed in arriving, can't come at all, or have to leave prematurely, E.U. Directives allow the hotel to charge cancellation fees. In order to protect yourself against all resultant charges, we recommend that you sign up for this Travel Cancellation Insurance. The European Traveler's Insurance will then cover your costs.

Our cancellation fees when you are NOT insured
When you cancel up to 120 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you a fixed fee of €200.oo.
When you cancel between 120 and 28 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you € 400.oo.
When you cancel within the last 28 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 80% of the total price of your reservation.
In cases of cancellation on the day of your arrival, late arrival, or premature departure, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reserved booking for the missed days, in accordance with Italian law pertaining to hotel reservations. In the case of flat-rate packages or special discounts, there are no deductions. In this case, we will likewise charge you the full 100% according to the reserved booking.
Arrival
We expect your arrival starting at 2:00 p.m. You can arrive earlier, but your room will be available for you only as of 2:00 p.m. You are free to use our hotel facilities even earlier.
Departure
We request that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m. You are welcome to continue using our other hotel facilities until 12:00 noon.
Single-occupancy surcharge: 20%
Price Reductions
Stay with breakfast: For adults, we grant a € 6.oo price reduction and for children € 3.oo from the daily rate.
Babysitting and Care for Small Children
We provide care for children 2 years of age and older during Season A and for children 3 years and older during the other seasons.
In the case of smaller children, we will be happy to provide three hours of babysitting service (Mondays through Fridays) - advance reservation necessary. For additional babysitting, we charge € 12.oo per hour and after 8:00 p.m., € 15.oo per hour.
Dogs
Surcharge for dogs: € 14.oo per day (without food.) Please don't forget to bring along your pet's blanket or basket. we hope that you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the lounges, and the wellness / beauty facilities.
Payment
We accept payment in cash or with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard. We do not accept checks
Early-reservation bonuses cannot be applied to special offers and flat-rate week-long packages. Different offers cannot be combined with one another.
