The Sonnwies Family Nature Culinary combines tradition and modernity, regional and seasonal in a food concept for the whole family. It is a matter of the heart for the kitchen team to provide numerous moments of pleasure for young and old.

The Sonnwies kitchen philosophy is based on conscious enjoyment and natural taste with high demands on aesthetics. The values, seasonality, regionality and exclusivity are reflected in the entire culinary offer.
Days full of pleasure
The day begins with a rich breakfast buffet filled with South Tyrolean quality products, bread and pastries from Lüsen, homemade jam, our own fruit and vegetable room for fresh juices, barista coffee from the cafeteria, a fine tea herb selection and many other delicacies for the whole family.
Special service is of great concern to us, so we also serve a selection of light lunch dishes to the table at lunchtime. In addition to the included dishes, there is a selection of delicious à la carte dishes.
In the afternoon you can enjoy homemade desserts from our patisserie. In summer, coffee and cake are enjoyed on the sun terrace with mountain panorama.
The three menu lines
The three dinner menu lines: Alpine, Mediterranean and Vegan offer an enjoyable selection of South Tyrolean delicacies, specialties from Italy and creative vegan dishes. This is accompanied by a wild herb family salad bowl fresh from our garden with homemade dressing served at your table according to our farm-to-table concept. In addition, there are several times a week oven-fresh signature pizzas, such as Farm, Forest or Terra. For the little ones, special dishes are offered, at the parents' table or in the supervised children's restaurant.
