The Peitlerkofel and its aesthetic surroundings are among the most flowery meadows in the entire Puez-Odle Nature Park. Countless hikes and refreshment stops are well catered for. To the west of the Peitlerkofel is the Fornella Hut and the Ütia de Göma. The former is easily accessible on foot in about 30 minutes from the Würzjoch parking lot, of course also possible with strollers. For the more adventurous, you are welcome to continue the hike to the Ütia de Göma, partly through the forest and partly across vast colorful flower meadows. You will reach this, starting from the Fornella hut after about 50 minutes.
