Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Italy's largest lake, high above the historic town of Torri del Benaco, the restored 18th century olive farm offers incomparable views of the glistening water and majestic mountains. Every detail is designed to bring the beauty of the surrounding nature to the fore. The uninterrupted lake views from every suite and direct garden access create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Starting from the main house, our wellbeing retreats are located directly in the garden, between olive groves, lemon trees, pines and cypresses. The small pool, the sauna with garden shower and cold plunge, the Barefoot Path, the outdoor fitness area and the outdoor yoga space are freely accessible at all times. The power of the lake can always be felt and ensures an even more intense connection to nature and calming of the senses.
The private indoor or outdoor marble bathtubs with an uninterrupted view of Lake Garda provide moments of regeneration and well-being. All suites feature our signature bath salts with typical aromas of the region and incense sticks for atmospheric bathing rituals. Especially in the evening, when the sun bathes the sky in warm colors and the lake reflects this play of colors, a bathing ritual ensures inner harmony and a free spirit.
Italy, a culture full of pleasure
Italian cuisine is known and loved all over the world. Here, enjoyment begins early in the morning when the freshly prepared Borgo Tre Farmers Breakfast, with delicious quality products, is delivered directly to the suite. During the day, the historic towns of Torri del Benaco, Punta San Vigilio, Garda or Bardolino are ideal for a culinary discovery tour - excellent espresso, gelato, pasta, pizza or fresh fish from the lake. In the afternoon, choose from a drink & snack card at Borgo Tre and enjoy an Italian aperitif right by the pool. And if you decide to cook together in the fully equipped designer kitchens, you will find all the ingredients for simple and typical dishes and exquisite wines in the Borgo Tre 24h Trust Bar.
