Family Winter Fondue
Especially in the cold season, you long for the warmth of a lit fireplace and a peaceful atmosphere in familiar surroundings. A tasty fondue with the finest ingredients from South Tyrol is an atmospheric culinary highlight. After all, young and old can put whatever they like into the fondue pot together. The fondue evening takes place in the tasting lounge.

- Various regional meats (beef, veal and turkey)
- Homemade dips (yoghurt sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise and cranberry jam)

- Salad bowl
- Homemade bread
- Kaiserschmarrn with apple composte and cranberry jam for dessert
